Gluten Free Chocolate Sprinkle Donuts
Ingredients
Donuts
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Icing
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping
- Rainbow sprinkles (gluten free)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Sift the gluten free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Whisk the eggs, oil, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased donut pan and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the donuts cool completely.
- Whisk the icing ingredients until smooth. Dip the cooled donuts in the icing and then coat in rainbow sprinkles. Let the icing harden before serving.
