Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (one package)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, about 5 minutes. Pipe or spread on cupcakes, cakes, and more.

Dairy Free/Vegan: Use vegan cream cheese and vegan butter. Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
